Just do CTRL+F

Then, click "Options" in the Find dialog
Select "Workbook" from the "Within" combo box

that is it

Also note, that when the Find dialog is shown, you don't need to close it to go to another sheet or file

hit CTRL F you will see a little find box pop up. Just type in the all or part of the string you are looking for and hit find all. At the bottom of this window there should display a number of hit you have had on this string.
